At Jáime Elizabeth, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. Customer satisfaction is
important to us, and we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, including the mailing box your order arrived in. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is
required with a completed returns form.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Sale or clearance items; Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return and will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We
recommend using a secure, trackable courier service and retaining proof of postage. Jáime Elizabeth is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your item arrives faulty or damaged: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at admin@jaimeelizabeth.com
Please provide clear photos of the damage or fault. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, or refund. for abalone product inquiries, please see our natural shell disclaimer for more information.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs (unless due to a fault) are non-refundable.
